Assembly of 250,000 PPH Package Boiler


This project had some unique requirements due to the High Design Pressure (1775 psig).
The shipping weight of the unit was over 500,000 pounds, requiring a custom assembly jig.
The boiler was assembled on a support frame that was an integral part of the transporter 
used later to move the unit.
